Relieve gas pains quickly and easily

Have you ever had gas pain just swelling up in your abdomen? It hurts. Perhaps you're lactose intolerant or perhaps you drank too much soda pop and all that air is now bubbling inside.

To quickly relieve this, just get your bottom up higher than your chest. Do a shoulder stand, if possible or if not, just lie with your bottom elevated on some pillows.

This works because gas is light and tends to rise. By lying bottoms up, you're relieving the pressure on your stomach and other organs.
